accessibility

your360

We believe everyone should be able to use our website easily. We want every visitor to have a positive experience.

Our commitment

We are committed to making our website as accessible as possible and improving it wherever we can. We aim to make sure that everyone can find information, navigate pages and contact us without difficulty.

We understand that accessibility is never fully complete, and we are always working to make things better. If you find any part of the site difficult to use, please let us know so we can put it right. You can contact us at hello@your360.co.uk or call 01723 256 116.

We test our website using a range of devices and browsers to help ensure it works well for as many users as possible. We also aim to maintain clear colour contrast and avoid content that may cause discomfort or difficulty.

Using a keyboard instead of a mouse

If you have restricted mobility in your hands, or you simply prefer not to use a mouse, you can navigate much of our site using your keyboard.

Here are some basic controls:

  • Press Tab to move to the next link or button on the page
  • Press Shift + Tab to move backwards through links
  • Press Enter to open a selected link or activate a button
  • Use the arrow keys to scroll up and down pages

We are continuing to improve our site so that all buttons and interactive elements show a clear visual highlight when selected.

Reading PDFs

Some of our documents are provided as PDF files. To read these, you may need Adobe Acrobat Reader, which you can download for free from the Adobe website.

Download Adobe Acrobat Reader (opens in a new window)

If you have difficulty reading any of our PDF documents, please get in touch and we will be happy to provide the information in another format.

Ongoing improvements

Maintaining an accessible website is an ongoing process. We regularly review how our site performs for different users and make updates to improve usability for everyone.

Your feedback helps us get there faster. If you notice something that could be improved, please contact us. We genuinely want to know.
